It is sometimes hard to believe how many certified divers there are in this world.  Everyone knows that I am a diver.  I have diving stickers on my truck, I wear dive related t-shirts with swimming trunks everywhere I go, and I spend as much time in the water as possible.  Yet, other divers are not so easily spotted.  A homework conversation with one of my college professors turned into a hour long story-sharing session.  Turns out he has been a diver for the last 25 years!   

So that is why I'm keeping this site, to share diving stories with others.  I live in Illinois and there aren't all that many great dive sites, however I am willing to dive anywhere that has water.  Be sure to check this page often as I will probably be adding new things from time to time.  Also, keep in touch.  With this website I hope to meet new people and possibly future dive partners.
